For our clients that own real estate properties, we offer service to perform a cost segregation study. A cost segregation study allows you to depreciate certain components of your property much faster than the standard period. This allows shifting of depreciation expense forward and saving substantial tax liability in the early years of a property. At present, we only offer to perform a cost segregation study for residential property.
